Desktop windows are barely visible

Hello, i have some issue on my cinamone enviroment. Somethimes in no time suddenly when i open any window is barely visible so i need to log out or restart to resovle this problem. Is that a bug or what?
In the link there is a sample of what i just explained.

Looks like the problem is transparency - you can turn that off in your settings for Desktop or WindowManager. (I don't use Cinnamon, so can't tell you exactly).

Why it changes, though, I dunno.

I don't see how to reproduce that effect you have going there. So, I'm going to suggest that you go to Preferences/Effects/Customise and shut them off, then re-enable them one at a time. Hopefully, you can find out what's going on.
