dconf reset not clearing all Cinnamon keys

I've been trying to reset/clear all Cinnamon settings in dconf...

...but there's something VERY strange going on:

Afterwards, all keys are cleared EXCEPT for those under "org.cinnamon.extensions.0dyseus@CinnamonTweaks" all of which refuse to clear and delete. Just to be clear, after dconf reset, and logging-out/in, in dconf-editor:
"org.cinnamon" still exists but is empty.
"org.cinnamon.extensions" still exists but is empty.
"org.cinnamon.extensions.0dyseus@CinnamonTweaks" still exists and all keys still exist.

I thought all would have been cleared??? Even stranger, when I then do "dconf dump /" there are no Cinnamon keys displayed, so where is the "org.cinnamon.extensions.0dyseus@CinnamonTweaks" coming from, and more importantly, since I've never installed that extension how is this even possible??? At this point I've deleted every folder related to Cinnamon but those keys persist!
