Linux Mint 18.2, kernel 4.10.0-33, Cinnamon 3.4.6, Intel integrated graphics
If I save an image (either *.jpg or *.png - I haven't tried other types) to my desktop they disappear after a short time. They are in my home/tim/desktop folder, but not visible on the desktop
Other file types, icons and shortcuts stay on the desktop (and in the folder) just fine, and rebooting, etc, doesn't bring the images back
Any ideas?
