I really enjoy using kdenlive video editor and have for a while through several version of Mint. However I started having an issue after upgrading to LM 18.2. All works well unless I choose to use the “Breeze Dark” theme in kdenlive. Looking at the render dialog box using that theme leaves me with a white font on a white background for the “Output file” option, which is virtually unreadable unless I click and drag to highlight the text (see attached screenshot). I prefer to use the dark theme as it is much easier on my eyes when I have very long editing sessions.
I’ve tired selecting various “themes” and “styles” in the kdenlive setting menu without success
I’ve also tried various other “fixes” including using the current repository version of kdenlive (16.08.2 if I recall correctly) and a couple of previous versions as well. I’ve also tried several desktop themes including the OS default, all to no avail.
After a good bit of “googling” I haven’t been able to find any mention of this from other kdenlive or Mint users, and am hoping that someone here may have a suggestion to correct this. Will include inifx below. Thanks for taking the time to look at this...
