Anyone else get flickering desktop backgrounds and windows periodically on NVIDIA cards in Cinnamon?

I have the same issue on 2 monitors and Nvidia 2080ti in Linux Mint 19.3. That solution above solves it.

LinuxMint 20 resolved the flickering black boxes around windows (and sometimes the windows themselves) on my second display.
