so I have an issue with panel icons, after a while some of the icons will only show half or disapear completely. But... if I run the mouse over the area where they should be they show up. Anyone else have this problem or know a fix to it?
I'm running the latest 18.3 Cinnamon Desktop on a 2006 iMac.

Here are some pictures from what I see on my Desktop:
Following pictures show half icons and opened apps missing top left corners in the panel.
If I reboot or restart X it fixes them and eventually it happens again.

Re: Panel Icons showing half or not at all
I have noticed something similar. Sometimes Cinnamon produces empty spaces between the app icons.
However, if I hover over the empty space, not reappears. Moreover, nothing is missing in my case. It just adds an empty space.
I am also running LM 18.3 Cinnamon.

Oh and this happens when using any theme. I'm using the current "Linux Mint" Theme.
