applet to see on desltop a resource

Is there an applett for Cinnamon desktop like the KDE one, a windows
where it's possible to see on the desktop the directories of a specific resource,
as the home?

Cinnamon calls that desklets. Look in your system settings menu and open desklets from there, and install from the online available ones what you want. There are a few to monitor resource usage. You can also browse them online https://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/desklets (but install them through system settings > desklets > get more online).

I think I misunderstood. You mean a directory viewer.
Perhaps somebody else will have a suggestion.

People that use Cinnamon may or (more likely) may not be familiar with KDE thingies The screenshot is going to help.

I cannot remember having ever seen such a desklet. You might create a link to the folder on the desktop, so that you can open it with a (double) click.
