for the Applet, the code for the city should be searched here

First off, that link is not good. I did find it with the BBC weather. First click on the desklet picture (left side) which will take you to their site. When a city search is done at their site and the city comes up you use the numbers at the end of its URL in the location block in the configuration options. Trouble is only some cities are available so you have to pick one that is. In my case Cape Canaveral is the closest and has identical weather to Titusville.

Notice that temperature. I even feel warmer.
