I did a Google search of this and nothing came up. It's possible that I was using the wrong keywords. If this has been solved, please include a link. It's appreciated.
I have a recurring issue where a program (e.g., Chrome, Libre Office, terminal, etc) will start having its panel icon accessible from all workspaces. This happens with no input from me. When I close the program, the icon then remains on all workspace panels. Has anyone had this issue? If so, do you know how to solve it?
Thanks in advance
