Hi there,
I am new to mint but kinda used to Linux and Ubuntu. I've realized, with the Cinnamon desktop, that the suspend command / shortcut (same effect for both obviously) does not quite work properly. The command does as instructed, locks the desktop, but then... fails to suspend it, probably due to the fact that the lock screen blocks this kind of command. When I log back in, only then it suspends, and wakes up unlocked. Is there a setting, something, that would allow me to properly lock and suspend the machine? Or is it a bug that needs a complete update to fix, so I should just disable the lock upon suspend?
Thanks!
Alex
