I can see where I enable the HDPI scaling in CInammon, the HDPI setting looks great at 2560x1600 but the icons and text are still small when viewed on my new laptop with a 4K screen (3200x1800). I am assuming this setting is just setting an integer multiplier. Is there a way to increase this multiplier either by editing a text file or playing with dconf editor?
I can tweak the text and other things easily enough, but I like perfection and really want to figure out how to increase the icon size.

Preferences/fonts will let you adjust default font sizes and scaling. You can adjust the desktop icons' sizes at least: right-click on the desktop, Desktop, Icon Size.
