Multiple monitor panel span

Post by jonnjonzzn1 »

New around here. Long time Fedora/Gnome user. Decided to give Cinnamon a try on new Fedora 28 release. Pretty cool so far.

Is it possible to have the panel span a dual monitor setup? I see some older posts on this subject but nothing recently that would indicate this is easily possible. Of particular interest is this one:

Except his complaint is my desire.

Cheers.

That link is actually something that's not SUPPOSED to happen, ie a bug.

WHat you can do is add a panel and then move it to the other monitor (or anywhere on the screen you want). Not exactly what you're looking for but it has the advantage that windows opened on that panel will open in that screen.
