Impossible to lock the screen

Hello, I have just updated my Linux mint to 18.3 to 19 successfully, but i have some bugs.

I can't lock my screen using ctrl + alt + L or a click on the lock button in the cinnamon menu have no effect.

I don't know where i can see why nothing append, si if someone have an idea..

I find the solution, the problem came from a theme installed previously, one i changed it, i can lock my session!

I up my post, because it's not totally correct.
I can't lock my session until i have put my laptop in sleep mode. That's weird. Also i canno't lock my session with ctrl + alt + L or with the cinnemon menu.

What happens if you run cinnamon-screensaver-command -l from the terminal?

Try apt install --reinstall cinnamon-screensaver followed by a reboot.
