SOLVED How to get the new Mint 19 logo at login?

Hello,
I am using Mint 19 Cinnamon after upgrade from 18.3. 18.3 had a logo at logon time and it is retained. The new shown at Whats new at Mint 19 video at logo https://itsfoss.com/linux-mint-19-release-feature/ just flashes and the 18.3 logo appears. I would like to retain the new logo.

In the Login Window tool, set the background to /usr/share/backgrounds/linuxmint/default_background.jpg and disable user backgrounds.

It's in your menu unless you renamed or removed it. Or maybe it's one of the many things that break when you do an upgrade instead of a clean install. You should be able to just run it directly:

The Background setting is already set at /usr/share/backgrounds/linuxmint/default_background.jpg . The new background flashes momentarily and the old one is displayed .

Have you unchecked 'Draw User Backgrounds' in the Login Window app?

What does apt version mint-artwork return?

Try using Log-In Window from Menu - Administration & see if that helps you . .

I unchecked 'Draw User Background' and the issue is solved. Thanks all for support
