Mint 19 Desktop background reverts to default every boot

Hi,

I can confirm this bug also takes place in LM 19.
Operating System: Linux Mint 19
Kernel: Linux 4.15.0-20-generic
Architecture: x86-64

I managed to fix it, but it deletes the background at the login screen, instead there are just white dots on a black background. I'm guessing because I use nvidia and that loads at desktop?
