Using Rosa I had different logon options (keyboard, country, desktop version) .. see attached picture.
With Tara (Mint19 xfce) I don't have/see those handles. Is that setup/installation specific and how to enable it for Tara?

It's all still there, just looks a bit different. Open your eyes and look around the login screen and you will find it.

OK, thank to open the view to other places .. the top menu bar does the job
