System tray icon position...

Is there any way to force a certain program to be always in a certain position in system tray?

I think so
Right click on the task bar and enable Panel Edit Mode. Click and hold the icon you want to move and drag it to the location you desire. Turn off edit mode afterwards. It worked for me, but I may have misunderstood your desire.
