[Bug - Edge Case] Desklet Sticks to Mouse on Mouseover

I'm running a pair of diskspace desklets that jumped up when I adjusted my desktop. They wound up underneath another desklet, partially.

I had no trouble grabbing and moving one of them, but the second one was kind of stuck, and I had to double-click on it, and I was able to move it to the location I wanted. However, once I got it there, I couldn't let it go without double-clicking on it, and then the moment I move the mouse, the mouse sticks to the mouse again.

If I double-click at the edge and make it off the desklet, I can leave it there without a problem, but then any time the mouse moves over the desklet, it sticks to the mouse again.
