Panels moves when moving mouse to the edges
When i move my mouse to the edge of right side and down edges it then moves like in the picture. This happens when i underscale in 1080P because the screen gets too big. How is this possible and what do i do to fix this?

Hey, I had the same issue on startup earlier today.
Made an account to share my solution.
I went to my graphics card driver settings (In this case, "Nvidia X Server Settings"), navigated to my screen resolution settings, and changed the screen resolution to another resolution, then reverted the changes.
That solved this issue for me.
