(SOLVED) How Does One Remove File Size & Date & Video length
i noticed that for images and videos in nemo the file size is listed under the name of the item. i would like to remove this since i get that info on mouseover. it would decrease the vertical spacing between icons as well. thanks

Look in your Nemo toolbar Edit/Preferences under the Display tab/Icon captions.
Perhaps you will prefer 'None' in each box
