Input Method toolbar is shown on each startup!

Hello,
I have got the "Input Method" toolbar

shown on each startup after upgrading from LM 19.0 to LM 19.1
I want to get rid of it permanently.

I have looked at the startup app list, and found nothing (may be I am wrong!).

I have to find the application that is triggering it.
Has anyone had this similar issue, and solved it?
