When I open a program it opens in a small window in the centre of the screen but when I maximise the window It expands to the width of the screen but won't extend to the bottom third. The desktop is visible at the bottom of the screen. Sometimes F11 maximises normally but not always.
Is there a setting somewhere that might cause this?
