Multiple Cinnamon Crashes, followed by Keyring error

Post by pop22 »

While browsing the internet, I began experiencing Cinnamon crashes, at least 8 in 5 minutes. I closed all apps and did a restart. Upon restart, I opened Chromium and got a message saying the Keyring password had changed, please enter password...and of course I did no such thing and had no password for it.. If I close and reopen the browser, I get the keyring message again.

Alrihgt, I couldn't wait any longer so I wiped the drive and re-installed 18.3. I see there have been multiple issues with 19.1 so I decided I'll wait a while before I upgrade again. 18.3 is working fine and did so before I went to 19.1.

I'd still like to see an answer for this issue though also so I'll not close this thread yet.
