How to setup pop-up hint when switching keybord language

I often need to switch the language layout - I have three of them (russian, ukrainian, english).
When switching, I always need to look at the bottom left corner to figure out what the current layout is.

But there is a pop-up in the middle of the screen when CapsLock is pressed - it would be very convenient for me to configure the same pop-up when changing the language.

Please tell me how this can be done?

That's not possible, you would have to make a feature request to the developers. Personally I use the Scroll Lock LED to tell me which language I'm using:
