How to Restore default keybinds for Suspend and Hibernate?

How can I restore the default keybinds for Suspend and Hibernate?
My cat walked over my keyboard while I was in the shortcut GUI making other changes.

Also, does anyone know of an easy way to remove the Suspend and Hibernate buttons from the CTRL+ALT+END Session Menu?
I'd like it to show just: Restart, Cancel and Shutdown

Didn't have a chance to set it up yet.

Care to clue me in how I get the defaults back?
IIRC, the words Suspend appeared in both Suspend and Hibernate.
I can't type those words in the form fields and there must be a file somewhere where the values were/are stored.

I don't have a clue. Suspend binds to 'Sleep'. How do you select that accelerator? Maybe F2?? Or Alt-F2??
Hibernate binds to 'Suspend'. Why? Again, how do you type that??

The Layouts tab has a "reset to defaults". Why wouldn't Shortcuts tab have that?
