.xsessionrc Ignored in 20.2

Post by cromedome »

Hi all,

I just upgraded from 20.1 to 20.2 today, and my keyboard customizations in my .xsessionrc have stopped running automatically when logging in to Cinnamon. I have checked .xsession-errors and /var/log for anything to indicate what is happening, and have found nothing.

Permissions are 755 on the file. I have tried symlinking it to .xprofile, .xsession. and .gnomerc with no different results.

It's not the end of the world to run this by hand when I log in, but it is pretty annoying. Did something change in 20.2 that caused something to break?

Thanks in advance. Love Mint, and this does not in any way take away from my admiration of the project.

Cheers,
Jason
