Why am I unable to rearrage the close/max/min button in LM 20.2.

There is no such thing as LMDE 20.2, and "unable to rearrage the close/max/min button" doesn't tell us anything useful. Please see this link: how to get help, especially section 5. It will tell you what we need to be told so that we can assist you.

agh you know what I mean 20.2 tells you latest LM editions. How difficult is close/max/min buttons for a level 14 member. Ridiculous
