I was wondering if there was any way to set the scrool wheel as a keybind? I want the WinKey + UpArrow to higher my volume and the WinKey + DownArrow to lower my volume but I can't find a way to do this in settings. Back when I used Windows, I had a program called Volume2 which allowed me to set custom keybinds to set the volume, but that is not available for Linux.
Are there any good open source software that let you do this perhaps?
Use scroll wheel as a keybind/shortcut?
