Hi,
I don't know why but my Cinnamon settings applications are not working.
When I select Preferences in Menu or launch any cinnamon application like Favorite Applications, Accounts on line or Starting up Applications it doesn't lauch anything.
Furthermore executing the command cinnamon-setting startup or cinnamon-setting tiling it response:
Segment Violation ('core' generated)
Does anyone know a solution to get back cinnamon applications?

Try launchng the settings from the terminal:
Have you installed any python related packages lately?

That was my point, the command cinnamon-settings I get
I didnt install any new application apart from the updates of the Update Manager and updating all the python pip modules.

Reading some other places I found out the problem was related to the python module Pillow. I uninstalled it and now it is working back.
Probably the issue appeared when I updated all the python modules, and Pillow got the 8.3.1 release.
