[solved] question on 'User interface scale'

Post by spaceagejohnny »

Hi, hope this is the right forum to post this question
So I got a new big beautiful monitor, pics are good video is good, resolution is 2560 x 1440. Everything is great except that the font size of everything is too small
I can go in to every app and change prefferences to larger font size but that gets a bit tedious after a while. I looked at the setting 'User interface scale' in the display section of System Settings which has choices 1x and 2x. Well 2x is too big. Is there a way to set this item to maybe 1.5x ?

Try looking at Font Settings (you'll find it in System Settings). There you can set a scaling factor for fonts that allows decimal points. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and so on.
