opening a window sets pointer to drag

everytime i open a window of firefox/files/terminal/settings, my cursor is moved to the center of the window and gets stuck on dragging the window until i click

That is an interesting one :shock: So if you start a terminal by Ctrl-Alt-t it still happens?
I would try another mouse just to eliminate that as a source of the problem.

opening terminal using ctrl + alt + t also causes this issue

tried using 2 different mouse and the touchpad, doesnt fix the issue
