Notifications Applet

By chance, I realized that opening the Notifications settings window, the notifications don't disappear and remain in the cue. This is perfectly how I want these to work, but there is not setting for it, so, I'm just going to leave the settings window open. A tip for those wanting to have a log, or a list that they can look at later of all the notifications. Beware, if you close the setting window, they will be deleted. Oh, and you can't look at the window after you minimize it, because if you do, your notifications will be deleted, as well.
