This is working here. Try temporarily selecting Mint Y while watching your panel and Menu,
then switch back to CBlack. No difference?

Please excuse me, this is my first time with linux mint. I thought I was also getting the desktop wallpaper associated with it. It is working just fine. Thanks. This post is now closed
