Cant get themes to work/appear
I wanted to try a new THEME so I went into menu>Themes and chose one....downloaded it, but it does nothing. No option to set theme active. The theme is a dark one called "CARTA". It is showing up in the Themes menu but not on desktop.

I tested it on LMDE5 cinnamon and at first I noticed no differences. However, my former theme was mint-y-dark-blue. and it turned out that CARTA looks very similar. The dark parts have a bit more of a blueish taint.
If you switch between a light theme and CARTA then you should see clearly that it really changes the theme.
I guess you came from a dark theme as well.

OK, yeah I dont understand why changing themes makes a 2% difference in appearance! I guess I will just stick to what I have.
