I have a fresh install with Linux Mint 21 Cinnamon, but alas, I can't drag and drop files from one window to another anymore. In the panel, I tried with both the "grouped window list" and the "window list" applets, but neither switches focus to another program when dragging objects onto them. I'd very much appreciate pointers towards debugging this issue? Thank you!
