You can, however, when you extract the new folder to /home/your alias/.icons or /usr/share/icons, (wherever you have the Papier Folder is located), and click on extract, you will be asked if you want to replace, and just click the affirmative.
Restrictive EULAs launched the search for the perfect alternative. So, yeah, thanks for that..........
