Ubuntu issue in Mint 13?

Post by Shibblet »

I have this problem with themeing in Ubuntu 12.04. I believe it is a Gnome 3.2 vs. 3.0 issue with theming. And I was wondering if it is going to be a problem with Mint 13.

Notice the Ambiance theme "Before", and the color of the lettering stays white in "After"?
This doesn't happen in Mint 12.

Are any of the Mint 13 RC testers having this issue with themes?

Nice! So you're saying that themes work just fine?

I posted that in the Ubuntu Forums about 2 weeks ago, and still haven't had a response. Bumped it a couple of times too.

The theme settings are completely different (At least in the Mate version I use)
Why not try the live dvd

I don't like Betas or RC's. I'll wait for the real thing.
