Changing the background of the box
How can i change the background/font color of this box in Theme Designing? (Picture in attachment)

Look at
usr/share/themes/nameofthetheme/cinnamon/cinnamon.css
Edit cinnamon.css with notepad
Open as administrator so that any changes you do, can be saved.
Before you will start playing with the file, make a backup of it.
