Old style Mint wallpaper for 18?

Post by OldSchool40 »

Hi guys, I was wondering-back when I was dabbling with 17.3 on one of my desktops-I really loved the Linux Mint logo with the silver 17.3 that was the original wallpaper. While I enjoy LM 18's wallpaper, has anyone made the 17.3 version with an 18 on the end? I'd love to keep that image on my 18 installation!

How about using gimp to add "+.7" after the "17.3"?

I have no clue how to use gimp.
Lots of good tutorials at the Gimp website . . or a search with Google.

Still clueless on how to use GIMP, but with a little help from Pinta, I created an image without the version number.
