I enjoy use of Compiz, and the wobbly windows and such. However, it does appear to conflict with System Settings, Window Manager and Window Manager Tweaks. If I close out and log out of Compiz, and log back in, then Window Manager and Window Manager Tweaks works fine.
Is there a work around or fix for this? Window Manager just shows a busy mouse icon when clicked on with Compiz loaded.
Window Manager Tweak does not respond.
I am using Rosa XFCE 17.3 version.
I would be using 18 Sarah but there are other reasons why I can't but not for this topic.
As I recall with my brief use of 18 Sarah however the same situation as above persists.

Those programs are specifically for the Xfce Window Manager, so if you are using Compiz you must use the Compiz Settings Manager. Xfce's window manager is not even running while/when Compiz is running.
