Hi "ClarusAD",
Welcome to the wonderful world of Linux Mint and its excellent forum !
I just read your post and the good reply to it. Here are my thoughts on this as well.
It would help to know more about your system setup. If you run "inxi -Fxzd" from the console terminal prompt, highlight the results, copy and paste them back here, that should provide enough information.
Depending upon which edition and version of Linux Mint you installed and are using affects what themes are available, and how they are installed. You may have to look through some theme options to find what you are looking for, and there are various ways to "tweak" themes as well.
Cinnamon Spices - Themes
https://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/
"Adwaita-borderless" theme - search for it first, if not already installed or in the Software Manager or Synaptic Package Manager (SPM), download and install from "Files" tab in link
https://www.gnome-look.org/content/show ... ent=145810
There are many more themes in the link above by clicking the links on the left of that "gnome-look" webpage, including other versions of the "Adwaita" theme.

Thanks for all these tips, sure i will investigate them all !
The website cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com is monstrous Finding the "perle rare" will take me a moment. But if i don't find it, having skills in CSS, I will try to customize an already existing theme ^^
So, as demanded, here is some infos about my distro :

Re: looking for a particular theme
When you are considering a theme for the newer Cinnamon you have to be aware that there have been significant changes in the cinnamon.css code in Mint 18.1 (Cinnamon 3.2.7)
Any older theme that has not been updated will not work correctly.

Hi "ClarusAD",
You are welcome.
It was not a "demand" that you provide the results of the "inxi -Fxzd" command, just a polite request for more information. Now, we all know that you are using Linux Mint Cinnamon edition version 18.1 (newest) on a 64-bit computer which helps narrow down the options available for your request.
As you can see there are already "borderless" themes available, and what appears to be extensions, methods, and techniques to make almost any theme borderless in any edition of Linux Mint.
Keep us posted on your progress.
