I have released a new set of themes for Cinnamon, GTK2/3 and Metacity.
The Cinnamon and Metacity themes are custom designs by me. The GTK2/3 themes are modifications of the default Mint-X-Blue theme. the reason I didn't design full GTK2/3 themes from scratch is that the Mint-X-Blue theme is beautiful as is and only required some modifications to fit within the theme idea I had.
