Anyone else having this issue? I'm using Mint Cinnamon 19 Tara 64 bit. If I go into the settings and attempt to install a new theme, upon hitting refresh it returns a 404 error.
Of course, I can install the themes from the Spices website (which I did) but I do prefer the system settings for this task. Thanks folks.

Still not working almost a month later. Settings tells me my cache is out of date, but refreshing it results in the message "An error occurred trying to access the server. Please try again in a little while". Also noticed that when trying to add a comment on the Spices website, it won't let me proceed with a Google login. Not sure if it's related.
