I have almost configured my Linux Mint Mate system to appear as Windows 10 by installing these themes...

I tried .themes and .icons but can't find the configurations anywhere in the Appearance manager.
Another question is...
Now that I have all of these icons and the themes, my panel isn't exactly appearing like Windows 10. I have the Windows 10 menu icon changed on mate and the updater, wifi, sound icon, but my panel looks like this...

What could I do to get the decorations file installed and my panel to look correct?
