..why the fonts from button (called assets or switch)were gone, in Mint-Y are ok..
...where they are located, what is Mint-X depends...???

...which fonts are the theme use..?

Mint X looks for themes in the Noto Sans family.

Try apt install --reinstall fonts-noto-hinted fonts-noto-unhinted followed by a reboot.
