One thing that has bugged me for a while is the large scrollbar on Google Chrome and the fact that it doesn't take the themed colour or size. Thanks to a Google Chrome plug-in called Rescroller you can in fact do this.
In the image below, Libre Office is on the right, Google Chrome with the extension working is on the left. Note, I downloaded and installed Gpick from the repositories which allowed me to then change the colour of the scroll bar to that of my theme. Mint Cinnamon 19.1, btw.
*Note: It's also possible to choose colours for hover and click to make the scrollbar behave exactly the same as your Mint
