[SOLVED] Plain old solids

Post by minticle » Wed Jul 03, 2019 5:17 pm

Hi all,

I just switched to a new laptop and upgraded to Cinnamon 19.1 (4.0.8, kernel 4.15.0-20 generic). My usual preference is to have a plain solid color as background on my desktop, but that does not seem to be an option anymore. All I see in System Settings>Backgrounds are a few Linux Mint logo images, and then Tara, Tessa, and Pictures--all are beautiful, but I just want my solid color picker back! How do I fix this?

Oh, thanks! I must have found that in the past, but just couldn't reconstruct it and thought the option had been removed.
