the theme is some thing called WhiteSur
i downloaded it from the pling.com (https://www.pling.com/p/1403328/)
the wallpaper is the default wallpaper of Lubuntu 19.something i got that from merely seaching the net
as of the cursors icons they are the deepin cursors again from pling.com(its same as opendesktop)
and i got this idea from watching a youtube video(https://youtu.be/DMs7DX3Um9E)

To me, the Google Drive folder shows as empty. However, here is my screen for Mint 19.2 Cinnamon.
The background windows use Aqua as their colors while the foreground windows use the red, yellow, green colors. The dock is Cairo-Dock using the Alu theme. I've also installed the mcOS theme as a starting point and changed the buttons from that disgusting flat look to the very nice 3d look.
