Icon themes missing from 20.1 Cinnamon
Anybody know where I can get the 20.0 icon themes from? The one I used to use has gone missing in 20.1 and I want it back. I think it was called login icons or similar.

I don't know about an icon theme named login, but if you go to the Software Manager and enter "icon theme" in the search window, you'll see a large selecion of icon themes.
Look at these for some ideas for a good icon theme:

Re: Icon themes missing from 20.1 Cinnamon
The standard icons for LinuxMint are the mint-y-icons and mint-x-icons. They were there in Mint 20 and they are still there in Mint 20.1. They just got updated, that’s all. I can’t understand how they could have gone missing. They look fine here on my Mint Cinnamon 20.1. Just make sure you have them selected in Menu > Preferences > Themes > Icons. But maybe something went bad? You could try and and then go back to Menu > Preferences > Themes > Icons
Code: Select all
apt reinstall mint-y-icons
Code: Select all
apt reinstall mint-x-icons
