Modifying distro?[SOLVED]

I install this flavour of Linux in just about everyone's pc that wants to try Linux. I would like to thank you for such a great product! I was wondering if I can someone configure the Mint 13 cinnamon with a theme, applets and updates. And make an installation DVD? I just been noticing I change the theme background add trash can to desktop (people like their trash) weather applet the list goes on. And it would just save me some time. Is there something I can do? It also seems like a waste of a DVD burning mints ATM not sure how big it actually is 800-900MB but it doesn't use much of the DVD space as it is.

On a side note I noticed someone had a dock-bar like a lot of the Macs have. Is this a theme I can download?
Thanks in advance!

There are a number of docks - Cairo (as mentioned above), as well as AWN and Docky.
